Terms and Conditions for PasadaX

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PasadaX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Services Provided

PasadaX offers:

• Ride-hailing for tricycles
• Safe and cashless transactions
• Real-time ride booking and driver-passenger matching
• Driver tools including navigation, booking management, and earnings tracking
• Local Government Unit (LGU) tools for zoning, pricing, and transport data monitoring

3. Eligibility

• Passengers must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• Drivers must be accredited by their respective TODAs and meet LGU requirements.
• LGUs and their representatives must be authorized to access the platform.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Treat drivers, passengers, and other users respectfully.
• Keep login credentials secure.

5. Booking and Payments

• Rides must be booked through the App.
• Payments may be cashless or cash (where applicable).
• Fares may be regulated by LGUs in compliance with local policies.

6. Driver Obligations

• Accept bookings fairly and complete rides safely.
• Maintain an active TODA accreditation.
• Comply with road safety and LGU transport regulations.

7. Passenger Obligations

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
• Pay the agreed fare upon ride completion.
• Respect drivers and comply with LGU-imposed rules.

8. LGU Tools

• LGUs may access anonymized ride data for monitoring and planning.
• Pricing and zoning tools are subject to LGU discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

PasadaX shall not be liable for:

• Accidents, delays, or damages during rides
• Misconduct of drivers or passengers
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Regulatory decisions made by LGUs

10. Termination

PasadaX may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misconduct.

11. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
